Leading a 20+ person international team producing content at scale for one of Facebook's largest video ecosystems. Replaced gut-feel decisions with data — built AI workflows for scripting, scene generation, and performance scoring that cut time-to-publish by 40%+. Ran structured A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, and cadence. If a format didn't move the needle, we killed it fast and moved on.

If a meeting doesn't move the product forward, cancel it. If a doc doesn't drive decisions, delete it.
